Mark A. Davy is the president and principal of SouthBay. Mark has over
20 years in the investment business, having spent 17 years with Merrill
Lynch and PaineWebber, before opening his own firm in 2004. His
proprietary portfolio was developed in 1989, and has provided clients with
above market returns ever since. Mark has originated and completed
several real estate projects, including the Nathaniel Place residential
development, and Phillippi Plaza commercial plaza. Risk management
and diversification are imbedded in his strategies and style.
